No. PropertyBhadra is a private facilitation service. We help you obtain and review property documents from official sources and deliver them digitally. We are not affiliated with any government department.
We currently focus on Hyderabad and Telangana — including GHMC, HMDA, surrounding mandals and districts. Expansion to other states is planned later.
Our AI reviews the documents you order (and any uploads), checks consistency of survey numbers, names, dates and risk keywords (e.g. mortgage, litigation mentions, FTL flags), then produces a simple 0–100 confidence score with plain-language notes. It does not replace a lawyer’s final advice on high-value deals.
Most digital records (EC, tax, RERA) arrive within 24–48 hours. Certified copies from SRO and lawyer opinions take longer as noted on each service card. We message you on WhatsApp when ready.
Yes. Many of our customers are NRIs. You can order online, pay digitally, and receive PDF documents plus optional English summaries via document conversion.
Our Title Search + Lawyer Opinion package includes a written opinion from a property lawyer. The AI score is a screening tool only. For complex disputes, we recommend engaging counsel directly.
We digitise paper deeds, improve scan quality, run OCR, and can help summarise Telugu documents into clear English notes — useful for NRIs and first-time buyers.
You can pay securely online (Razorpay / UPI / cards). Payment is collected after you review the order. Demo mode uses a dummy payment confirmation for now.
